Mammoth Sniper Challenge
(2017 - present)
Mammoth is one of three elite team sniper matches in the world. Shot primarily by military sniper teams and professionally sponsored teams. Two-man sniper/spotter teams cover 36 miles in 2 1/2 days carrying all equipment, camping on the course and engaging targets to 1200 yards.
- One team 19th or better since 2017
- 4 years of at least 1 team in the Top 10
- 3 consecutive years 2 teams in the Top 10
Second largest event of its kind each year in the country. Attended by 30+ SWAT teams from Texas, other states, Federal, military, and even international, law enforcement teams. This 4 day event challenges the 6 man team in sniper events, rifle, pistol marksmanship and all other types of activities engaged in by professional SWAT teams.
