ATHLETE REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION DETAILS $50 Early Registration closes January 21 $60 Registrations entered January 22 – Feb 3 *Athlete registration will include lunch the day of the event. Registrations / Athlete NO SHOWS are NON Refundable or TRANSFERABLE. Event is Rain or Shine - If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, refunds will be issued. Match proceeds will be made available as a grant application for Texas teams competing/attending the July 2023 SASP Nationals in Ohio. Details will be provided at a later date and time.

In lieu of Friday night dinner, the CCMU Foundation will be creating a grant process for Texas teams/competitors to request travel/entry fee assistance for the 2023 SASP Nationals in Ohio.
DEFINIIONS
Competition Squads
“DIVISION” Competition Squad ~ consists of four in the same division. Example: Four (4) Intermediate athletes = Intermediate Division squad.
“OPEN” Competition squad – consists of (4) athletes from a combination of different divisions.
“INCOMPLETE” Competition squad – consists of a minimum of three (3) competitors squadded together with mixed divisions. This squad will be entered for squad awards at the match directors discretion and the head coach will be informed prior to first shots fired. Please visit with match director for additional information.

Early squadding is available for athletes that need to shoot for score due to scheduling conflicts etc. Please contact match director for further details.
**NO practice bays will be available. If a gun needs to be sighted in or tested due to equipment issues, you may do so on Friday.
